- This league uses Flag-a-tag Sonic Flags.
- Due to Covid 19 flags are not supplied. Teams and players are responsible for bringing their own flags.
- Two 20 minute running halves
- 2 Referees per game
- Teams may play double headers and/or get byes
- Teams get 10 shirts. Pre-sorted sizes. Additional shirts are $8.
- Top teams qualify for playoffs
